Sample selection tool
This can be used to create lists of Sentrix IDs from cases clustering together, e.g., with the lasso select function. The user may download a CSV (Text) file containing all Sentrix IDs within the current selection. The re-plotting functionality based on arbitrary numbers of selected probes is not available on the public platform. Please use the locally installable NanoDiP software for this purpose.
